How these are published
Surveys go to every enrolled student at the end of each program, ask for criticism explicitly, and are published whole — the shaky topics and requested changes alongside the ratings. Quotes are used only with the student's consent, lightly trimmed for length and normalized for spelling with wording unchanged, and students are identified by grade and state only. Every figure is shown with its denominator.
